Three crosses on a hill signify Jesus and the two thieves. A mourning dove is perched on the center cross.
I took this image in the Texas panhandle. The dove really was on the cross as I drove by. I stopped and took a quick picture hoping to use it. I added the clouds from my personal files and a texture I found elsewhere.
About Karen Slagle
I have recently gotten into bird photography and really love taking their pictures. I also have a passion for clouds and the Texas landscape when the storms come rolling in. Lightning is a favorite subject during storms. I love macro photography and all the hidden detail in these amazing closeups. My arsenal consists of all Nikon cameras, flash units and Nikkor lenses.
