Fly Like an Eagle metal print by Karen Slagle. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

I painted this digitally while wishing for a trip to the American Southwest. How I love the storms moving across the majestic landscape and the smell of rain on the sage, plus the booming and echoing of thunder across the canyons.
About Karen Slagle
I have recently gotten into bird photography and really love taking their pictures. I also have a passion for clouds and the Texas landscape when the storms come rolling in. Lightning is a favorite subject during storms. I love macro photography and all the hidden detail in these amazing closeups. My arsenal consists of all Nikon cameras, flash units and Nikkor lenses. There were many times when I was a teenager, I would be out on my bike or motorcycle and have one of these come up on me. I had stayed too long taking pictures or sketching out a scene and not paid attention. I always managed to get everything put away, but I often ended up getting soaked or beaten by hail. A gorgeous composition and work.
