What are you doing on my property! That is the look. Or... don't come near my babies.
Karen Slagle replied:
I know, they think this is their yard and can eat anything they want...Thank you Bunny.

She is really gorgeous! I have always liked the Mule Deer best. I think it's because she's what I grew up with. :o)

Back to enjoy again this marvelous expression of mule deer life! Now that it's nearly July, we Wyomingites should start seeing the spotted fawns anytime now! fav
Karen Slagle replied:
Thank you Dawn, I think they stay pregnant, sometime with a little one tagging along.

What a gorgeous and intense image! I hope mule deer are doing better in your part of the country -- they aren't doing well in WY at all They are so uniquely intelligent, curious and expressive, and this marvelous image sure conveys all that and more! fav
Karen Slagle replied:
Thank you Dawn...The mule deer are doing too well in this part of the country. Part of the problem where I live is that people feed them, not knowing the harm they are doing plus the over population causing much havoc with the plants and flowers.
