After I got through riding my Arabian mare Saturday I went to the porch to relax and put my Olathe boots clad feet upon the window sill. What a pretty view of the high plains of Texas I had to sit and ponder upon my wonderful horse.
I took this image in the Texas panhandle on a private ranch.
About Karen Slagle
I have recently gotten into bird photography and really love taking their pictures. I also have a passion for clouds and the Texas landscape when the storms come rolling in. Lightning is a favorite subject during storms. I love macro photography and all the hidden detail in these amazing closeups. My arsenal consists of all Nikon cameras, flash units and Nikkor lenses.
