Gorgeous capture. I had to revisit this beauty. It reminds me so much of the prairies of Wyoming.

What a beautiful expression of the prairie! Love the freedom -- feel like galloping down that inviting two-track! fav
Karen Slagle replied:
Thank you Dawn, me too...They said we could bring our horses and ride but we just haven't.

This picture must have been taken in the Spring when the grasses were still green. In Wyoming, everything turned brown after May. Love this gorgeous capture.
Karen Slagle replied:
Thank you Bunny, it was taken in May or June while we were getting rain...It turns brown here early in the season.

Karen, when one can experience the feeling of actually being present where you so superbly captured the experience and unique quality of a place, I feel that is one of the best and most wonderful expressions of artistic photography. This definitely does that! L/F FB
Karen Slagle replied:
Well thank you Kellice, I always enjoy your wonderful and kind comments and am grateful for your support.

A regiment of clouds along the horizon give way to nature spirits floating unencumbered in the blue sky! The green gnome lane at twilight signals something special! Beautiful landscape Karen!
