I had my first black cat as a teenager. His name was Panther. He was part Siamese and part who knows. He was a rescue and I loved him to pieces. We fished the creek close to home and brought home all kinds of perches and bluegills. :o) This is a magnificent portrait. Love this a lot.

Thank you Bunny. We swore no more cats, it hurts too bad when they leave us. Our only other black cat was 4 when we lost him to leukemia, so sad, he was such a special cat and sought us out to keep him and care for him in his last days...I still cry over Romeo.
